Time Commitment: That’s up to you! We have a variety of options.
Join us in raising awareness for the 1 in 5 kids in West Michigan affected by hunger by participating in Go Orange!
There is nothing fun about childhood hunger, but changing the world can be fun. Each March, Kids’ Food Basket promotes the color Orange, the national color for childhood hunger awareness. Community members across West Michigan have been taking part in raising awareness for the 1 in 5 kids affected by hunger in West Michigan. Our goal is simple, to bring together thousands of advocates to wear orange on Friday, March 22nd, for Go Orange Day and become a part in the community solution.
In the weeks leading up to GO ORANGE DAY on Friday, March 22nd, we’re asking you to make life just a little brighter. What can you do?
Smile and Spread the Word! You can make life just a little brighter with an orange smile. Use #KFBGoOrange to share your orange smile picture via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, and share why the issue of childhood hunger is important to you.
