Heart & Sole 5K

Valentine's Day may be awhile away, but this year instead of buying flowers or candy for the one you love, considering running with the one you love.  Classic Race Management and St. Mary's Hospital will be hosting the Heart & Sole 5K run at Michigan Athletic Club (2500 Burton Avenue, Grand Rapids) at 8:30 a.m.  It is $20 per person for the 5K run/walk or $35 for the 5K Couples Challenge and free day care will be provided.  This race will occur rain, shine, or snow and a portion of the proceeds will be given to Kids' Food Basket.  Celebrate Valentine's Day and run with the one you love by registering for the Heart & Sole 5K .

Volunteer

We are looking for a few good individuals to help with the race.  Race volunteer duties range from handing out water to helping with the time.  All volunteers will be outside so please dress appropriately.  If you are interested in volunteering please contact Andrew at andrew@kidsfoodbasket.org.
